Booking & Payment

Sessions are booked and paid for in advance. Your session is confirmed once payment has been completed.

Please make sure you provide an accurate email address when booking, as this is where you will receive your booking confirmation, session details and any relevant updates.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

I understand that plans can change. You can cancel or reschedule your session more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time at no additional cost.

For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, a 25% cancellation fee applies. The remaining 75% of the session fee will be refunded to your original payment method.

Rescheduling is only available more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time. If you need to change your appointment within 24 hours of the session, the cancellation policy above applies.

No-Shows & Late Arrival

If you don't attend the session and haven't contacted me beforehand, the session will be considered a no-show and the payment will not be refunded.

If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. This is to ensure that sessions scheduled after yours aren't affected.

If I need to cancel

In the unlikely event that I need to cancel or reschedule a session, you will receive a full refund or the option to move your session to another available date and time.

Preparing for your session

When booking, you'll be asked a few questions about what you'd like to get out of the session. If you'd like feedback on a specific film, edit, portfolio or other project, please provide the relevant materials at least 24 hours before our session so I have time to review them.

Scope of the session

These sessions are intended as personalised creative guidance and feedback. They are not a guarantee that a particular creative, technical or professional outcome will be achieved.

The session can be used for questions, feedback, troubleshooting, concept development, creative direction, editing, color grading, filmmaking or other topics agreed upon during the session.

By booking a session, you confirm that you have read and agree to this policy.
